The school owners + staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, encouraging and supportive. There is a solid sense of community/family at the school, from staff to students and families. The biggest impact we’ve seen to our daughter is a major boost in her confidence and courage; while it’s an excellent physical workout, the kids are also taught respect, control and responsibility. While we were sad to step away from in-person classes at the school during COVID-19, the owners did a remarkable job at pivoting to Zoom classes in the interim, and happily the kids are back to outdoor classes at the school (and park) again now. We feel safe sending our daughter as the school has taken great care to follow all precautions/guidelines. Kuk Sool Won has had such a positive impact on our daughter and we look forward to continuing to watch her progress.”

“My 2-2.5 yr old daughter has been seeing Janel for a couple months now and she has already made such a drastic speech improvement - or really a full mind/body improvement. Palmer was already very social and outgoing before attending Mlee, but she couldn’t focus on one task for more than 20 seconds (literally) before moving onto the next toy/task/room/game/whatever. Her attention span and her entire thought process of starting something and finishing it has significantly improved in such a short amount of time. Her speech is starting to follow as well (which was our initial concern and reason for starting at Mlee). I notice a little improvement after each session and I can tell Palmer feels the difference in her interaction with others. Every therapist we have encountered has been very nice and caring, but Palmer has only seen Janel for her sessions. We love Ms. Janel! Palmer even asks for her now on non-speech therapy days and she starts cheering as soon as we turn into the parking lot of Mlee. She also is very excited to see Janel and give her a hug as soon as she sees her! I can’t wait to see how much she grows in the next couple months with the help of Ms. Janel!”
