“Brandy had her bump removed and teeth cleaned by the extraordinary staff of Star of Texas Vet. Hospital. This groggy baby (9 yrs young) was returned to me safe and sound. She was handled with great care and I am so impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. Pleasantly surprised, I received a comprehensive summary of my pup's stay, complete with copies of her x-rays! I have never seen her x-rays!”

“The different available options I've tried, have been good. The food is always flavorful. It is moist most of the time. My only complaint is how long it takes to pick it up. We order ahead and get a time frame. Whoever of our group is picking up always seems to have an issue getting it. Whether it's missing something or it's not ready within the time frame. Honestly though it's good enough we keep coming back... So there's that.”

“When I arrived to Stonebridge Health Rehab, the facility was very clean, everyone was so helpful. The nursing staff seemed so happy to be there, which put me at ease that my Aunt is being taken care by this Facility. My Aunt was allowed to go outside to visit with us at the Gazebo. “Got there and ordered some tacos and fries. I had had a not so good experience a few months back. I Decided to give them another try. I don't know what they are doing but it was a TOTALLY different experience than last time! The service was impressively quick. Whoever took my order was very polite and carried herself very well. When i got to the window i was greeted with a smile and i was asked how my day was, something that i had never seen happen before. The food was great, the tacos were crispy but not overly greasy. The fries were fresh and crispy as well. I was very pleased with my recent experience. I think that they are heading in the right direction and wish them nothing but success!”

The UV protection softens the glare and mellows the light without really darkening the room. And from the outside you really can't tell there's a film on the windows. “Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits. First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome! The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside. It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved). Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work! 👍🏼”
