“I brought my 8 year old daughter in 3 weeks ago to get her ears pierced for the first time. David and Shelby made the experience quick and easy for us, and pierced both ears simultaneously so she barely had time to even let out a yelp before they had her all cleaned up and ready to go. Their shop was clean and sanitary, and they were knowledgeable and personable. Two weeks later, one of my daughter's earrings got stuck in her ear while we were out of town. David and Shelby gave me guidance to get us through over the phone, then took her in to swap out her earrings for something bigger once we got back in town. Overall great piercing experience and whole heartedly recommend!”

“The people behind the counter were super nice and very helpful. I had a laptop that I needed to have shipped and they were able to package it very securely and ship it for me. They helped me fill out the paperwork and I was able to get my package shipped very efficiently. While I was there they had very nice conversation with me and I appreciated how friendly they were. “My husband, my children and I were displaced in Austin in 2017 due to Hurricane Harvey. I had always loved their blankets and it was a bucket list thing to visit them. I got my wish and it was awesome! The owner was so sweet and showed me where things were dyed and how they were setting up their new location as well. We hung out for awhile and then I picked my daughter a onesie and a blanket. 3 years later we still have her blanket, unfortunately her onesie was stolen from us. Now I'm pregnant again and ordered 2 more blankets! They make wonder quality blankets and clothes. They last forever, hold up to wear, tear and washing without falling apart or fading. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Support local businesses!!”
