Hannah McCoy assisted me with a rather complicated banking transaction. She wanted to be certain that UMB would be able to fulfill my request by verifying the transaction would be authorized within two days. She is an amazing representative of the customer service and values of UMB. Great job Hannah!

Great place to bank! I’ve never been disappointed with the facility or the service. I have had some unusual requests from time to time, and these employees always find a solution, leaving me feeling like a valued customer. UMB employees not only find solutions, but make every inquiry an opportunity to serve. That’s rare in this culture. Tellers are kind and prompt. Bookkeepers comprehend and rectify problems with grace and endless patience. And the Lee’s Summit branch manager is the best. He not only found a solution for me when no one else in the financial world could, but he printed the paperwork I would need to present my case from some obscure website.

It was a lovely spot, we had the whole space to ourselves, we enjoyed a picnic and the beautiful colors changing on the trees.
