The gal that ran this place was wonderful. I am inexperienced driving a trailer behind a U-Haul. She was very understanding and explained everything to me to make me feel comfortable enough to drive this huge thing.
This place is great, a little out there, but management was really nice. Not this facitily's fault, but UHaul will not rent to me, after saying I owe some $260 from 2016, on a 20 foot truck one way from Montana, that I rented. I got the ok on drop off with paperwork and went home. Never a call, email, or bill to let me know I owed them anything more. Now this years later!!! So UHaul must think they are the only ones in the business, I will never use them again!!!
