New Hope Ranch Austin Rehab Center

My experience was fine but there was a staff member who was paramount to my treatment at NHR and that was Heather, she went above and beyond for me and all the other patients who were there every single day. I hope every single person who walks through the doors of NHR (or any rehab) gets to experience love and care like Heather showed me.

When I arrived, I was met by very courtious staff members. I was assisted with my belongings and the process of getting my information and medication listed to New Hope Ranch was completed timely and with compassion. If I had a question or concern it was handled immediatly without fail. While at the Ranch I believe I was able to meet all staff members to include the CEO. I have to say that everyone displayed a genuine concern for my health and safety as well as my comfort. Travis Turner, my therapist, as well as other therapists took the time each day to check in with me, to listen to my story and my concerns about my condition and treatment. Also must say that other clients as well as staff made it possible for me advance quickly in the program. I could not have obtained this level of care, education for my condition and compassion at any other facility. New Hope Ranch gets my highest rating for addiction treatment and recovery.

I would like acknowledge Pam and Nick. Pam was real with me and put me on the right path. Nick my referral relation manager helped with all my aftercare needs and helped me develop some life skills. I would also like to say that the food is excellent and the rest of the staff are so welcoming. I will miss New Hope Ranch but I am ready to continue my journey.

I wanted to thank the incredible staff at New Hope Ranch in Austin. My son was there for a little over 20 days. The staff communicated with me constantly and kept me informed about his care. He was in dire need of a dual purpose facility that was knowledgeable about mental health and drug rehabilitation.

The program is very organized and well ran. Every member of the staff worked together and provided treatment to my son. His intake staff Tj was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the insurance plans and the facility and had my son admitted through the correct protocols quickly. The PA, Laura was very patient and kind. She spent a lot of time discussing his treatment and medication plans with me. Travis his counselor was great at returning my calls and allowing me to speak with my son. He also kept the lines of communications with all the staff members accessible to me.

The chef Jeff prepared the most flavorful and delicious meals. My son enjoyed surf and turf the second day he was there. He looked forward to eating everyday. He said he could smell the aroma and he just couldn’t wait to dine. Jeff allowed them to give suggestions about their meals.

Ryan is a referral liaison who worked countless hours with me to find a suitable place for my son to transition to. He did not stop working until we found the perfect facility. I called him day and night. He never once ignored my calls or made me feel like I was a bother. He worked with us every step of the way until my son left the facility.

New Hope Ranch exceeded my expectations. The staff including their Chief Executive Office Cameron are some of the best in their fields. Their contributions, work ethics, positive attitude, and positive environment made it conducive for my son to heal and received the best treatment. He felt valued, and cared for while he was there.

This is the first facility we have been to out of 5 different treatment centers where each and every employee was dedicated, compassionate, understanding, professional, encouraging and stead fast at giving their patients everything they required to succeed. My son was there during COVID19. There were no cases. They followed strict protocols. They were constantly being tested. The facility was immaculately clean.

I highly recommend New Hope Ranch. My son’s time there was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. Many thanks to the Emloyee’s for your outstanding contribution to my son and every patient that visits your facility.

Cameron, Laura, Ryan, Travis, Jeff and the entire staff....They are like street lights...they don’t shorten the distance, but they light up the path and make the walk worthwhile.....

My entire experience with New Hope Ranch was amazing. Their owner worked quickly with my insurance to get me there, and from the get-go the entire staff was amazing. They are committed to the client's recovery, and I left a better person for having been there. I would give them all the stars if there were more than 5 to give. Excellent place for dual diagnosis treatment.
