  I’m normally not one to write reviews for a number of reasons. However, I am big on service and whenever good service is extended then it’s worth highlighting. I am in day two of my second year with Integrity - during my renewal process I was nervous but, Elizabeth brought me comfort. The level of professionalism I received was most comforting and had me feeling like a company with 100 trucks versus 1. For my next renewal I know who’s on my side, thank you Elizabeth for taking away my fears and anxieties about the renewal process.

  I just love this company for my trucking insurance. Elizabeth Godinez was very helpful from start to finish with my renewal process. Also Michelle Hussey was helpful as well. Great people and I love doing business with them. Thanks for everything!!

  Just passed the one year mark with Integrity Network. I initially went with them because they offered the best price I could find for my Trucking company. I will stay with them because of the exceptional customer service I receive. Elizabeth made my renewal process very easy and Sandra gets me certs over within 10 minutes on a daily basis (my last Insurance company would take 2-3 hours at times costing my company high paying contracts) I would recommend Integrity Network to any small business that is tired of the headaches that come from Insurance.

  This is our second year insuring our trucking company with Integrity Network Insurance Group, LLC. They have been great to work with - they provided us with timely quotes and we were able to negotiate a premium which was competitive and with a AAA rated insurer, so we are very happy with our coverage and with the process for sharing documentation and completing our paperwork, which was quick and seamless.
  
  We are very pleased in particular with the great customer service we have received with Integrity. Elizabeth Godinez is the representative we work with most often. She is always professional, helpful and friendly, handles any request we have expeditiously and really goes the extra mile to provide excellent service in every interaction we have had with her.   I have the privilege of working with all of the employees at Integrity Network and love their agency. The owners are very family oriented, and the employees are very fun to talk to. I can't imagine a better agency that successfully takes great care of their customers. I work for a company that helps finance their customer's insurance policies so I get to communicate with them on a regular basis. While working with them for many years, they are consistently detailed, and very knowledgeable about the insurance industry. They work hard for their customers, and give them exceptional service. I talk to Belinda and Paula the most and when I do, my day is that much brighter. Thank you Integrity for your business partnership and friendship!
