“I experienced an unfortunate tire blowout on the nearby toll road. It was 100+ out that day and I simply called the store to verify that they could get the unique, matching tire size in. They said that they could call it in from another store for delivery the following day. Even with the loud road noise, they were patient and helped verify that they could get everything needed for the tire replacement. We had the vehicle towed to their store and left the vehicle overnight. They (Leron I believe) let us know that they would likely get to the replacement some time the next day. He ended up calling us first thing the following morning to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. Great service especially when you are in a bind. Thank you!”

“I started my CF journey in October and my initial goal was to check out a few Crossfit Gyms before signing up so I could get a feel for the culture, the people, coaches, etc. Well, after my first session, I just knew this was the place for me. The members were so welcoming, and the coaching was fantastic. Coach Blythe (who is also the owner) was very helpful, and took time to make sure form was correct, and the body was warm before doing the workout. Since then, Blythe has been beyond helpful and amazing to not only myself but my wife too. She has helped us both lean up, gain confidence and improve our CF ability. The gym is not the biggest, but there are plenty of classes so you always feel welcomed, and never too crowded. Our family is so addicted to this gym, the people and the professionalism, so glad we found this little gem in Pflugerville. We are blessed to have crossed paths with Blythe and the 3-Strand family. If you want a family atmosphere, great instruction, and motivation, 3-Strands is right for you.”

“After years of back injuries and pain, I decided to look for a gym that could help me build strength and prevent further injury. My upper body strength had gotten so weak that I could not carry my infant for more than a couple of minutes and I knew something had to change. I was always interested in weight lifting, but I was nervous to cause more damage. Sacrifice Training got great reviews so I decided to give it a shot. After my first session with Haley, I called my husband from the car and said “that gym is something special.” I have had several sessions with Haley and I am impressed every time I go. Haley actually listened to my concerns about my back and agrees that I needed to start slow with the basic building blocks of lifting. Gyms I have been to in the past were not attentive to those concerns, causing further injury. Haley has my work out planned before I even arrive and is very patient with me as I learn the basics. And this is one of the most impressive parts of the gym: everything they do at Sacrifice Training is intentional. They don’t throw things together last minute. They customize the work out to the needs and goals of their patrons. A few weeks in and I can hold my daughter for much longer and more confidently than before. Almost every session I have gone to, I have observed other trainers working with kids seeking to improve in their physical performance and/or sports. Watching this interaction blew me away further. The trainers do not talk down to these kids. You can see the respect they have for these young athletes and they are so attentive to every little movement and detail. They encourage and correct (when correction is warranted) every step of the way. If you are considering this gym for your child, you will not be disappointed. I’ll say it again, this gym is something special.”

We got the pleasure to see Dr. Mai Luk. She was so nice and sat down right next to me to talk and explain her possible concerns and suggestions. She didn’t make it it seem awkward like other doctors do. She took her time and made my kids feel relaxed. My only regret was not coming here sooner.”

“This place is pure AWESOMENESS! Perfect if you're trying to get a fade/taper cut. They also do women's hair. My stylist's name was Maria and she did an amazing tapered cut. Some caveats, parking is terrible and this is a mainly Spanish speaking business. They do understand English but mostly basic. However, that shouldn't stop you from visiting this great business. Don't book online their system does not sync with Google very well so call. If you show up it's helpful to have a few phrases or words memorized, Google translator, or pics of your hairstyle. The folks here are very nice and are very customer service oriented.”

“Dr. Shepherd was the doctor on call when I had my baby in 2018 and I ended up delivering my baby. I loved my experience with her then so much that I switched over to her practice. I am so glad that I did because she is not only a kind, wonderful, and compassionate doctor, but so is every single person I've interacted with in their office. I also love how this office is not in a medical building, it's easily accessible and it's very clean. I feel like they care about me here, which is very different from my previous practice. I can't recommend this place enough!”

I am one of those people who is afraid of going to the dentist; so I was not excited to start all over again with someone new. However, that has all changed. Everyone in this office made me feel completely at ease. The front office staff were all so kind and helpful. The dental assistant/hygienist (?) was friendly, perceptive, and knew exactly what she was doing. And I honestly can’t say enough about Dr. Smith. He was extremely informative, reassuring, and obviously great at his job. In no time at all, he identified everything that needed to be done (or re-done) and quickly contacted my previous dentist to determine what next steps would be most beneficial to me (medically and financially.) Everyone here is very professional but are also casual enough to make you feel safe and at ease. I have definitely found my new dentist and dental practice. Trust me, this is the place to go!”
