(July 16, 2023, 2:24 am)I started my crossfit journey last summer when I was 3 month’s postpartum and Defiant changed my outlook on fitness in the best way. Every coach is professional and the community is special to be apart of. The workouts were modified to my current skill level, which was vital in my recovery from cesarean birth. I am very thankful for the coaches at Defiant!
(June 12, 2023, 2:43 pm)I've been to nearly every CrossFit in the area over the years. CrossFit defiant is, hands down, the best gym I've ever had the pleasure of being a member of. The programming is next to none. I look forward to coming every day. They have a "coach first" philosophy so you always feel comfortable and competent at the movements and skills. The community is so welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. No matter your fitness level, this is the best place to be to improve your health and get in a good workout.
(February 13, 2023, 6:59 pm)Defiant is an amazing CrossFit Box with a wonderful community. Most CrossFit gyms put off an "if your not competing then what are you doing here..?" kind of vibe, which is nowhere to be found at Defiant. So happy to be able to call this box home
(November 21, 2022, 9:44 pm)I’ve dropped in twice, and both times they treated me like an athlete of their own. They were very welcoming, had great coaching, great workouts and even mailed me something I forgot while there. Thank you CrossFit Defiant!
(October 17, 2022, 9:29 pm)First time to ever join cross fit and I’m so happy I chose Defiant! I am a very gym shy/ socially shy person but everyone here (including the coaches) help you feel very comfortable and welcomed ☺️
