From the layout of the school, to the energetic energy of the teachers, the easy access to their classes and even the positioning of the bathrooms. They've both completed a difference grade in a different school or state and they both have high standards for their schooling. I keep expecting the bubble to burst, but it hasn't yet!”

Every class I do something I didn't know I was capable of doing and she makes me feel confident in my skills and my flow with plenty of options to adjust positions and modify them based on how I'm feeling and what would best serve my body. “My two kids both went to A New Day and we love the school! Irma, Gayle, and the rest of the teachers are loving and care for your kids the way you would. They also prepare them for Kindergarten really well. My kids made the transition with ease and love learning and school. The lower teacher-to-student ration gives extra attention to each child, so they really get to know the teachers. The school is very organized and I always got really fun art projects coming home. My daughter is in 5th grade and still talks about Mrs. Irma. She wants to work at A New Day for her first after-school job and is trying to figure out how to make it work. :) We stay in touch and take the kids by to say hi to their favorite teachers. You and your kids will be super happy at A New Day!”

“Great School with amazing staff and students. The two ladies in the office are always smiling, knowledgeable and nice. Leslie Lederman, the school principal is so nice, easy to talk to, and just a really really good principal! I really can't stay enough about this staff they are just great and this is by far the best school that my daughter has been too (out of 4). My daughter is on an IEP and this has been the best experience in working with my daughter's IEP. The staff and the principal really has my child's best interest in mind . If you're familiar with an IEP meeting you know that they can be a little intimidating, confusing, and most times difficult to get your child the help that they need. At least that's my experience with prior schools , plus a year of public school homeschooling with a virtual academy. Here though, I had a completely different experience and my IEP meeting was not intimidating, confusing, nor did I ever feel that they didn't have my daughter's best interest in mind. They are definitely willing to do what it takes to give her the help she needs. They are really involved in after-school fun- movies after school, running club, Book Fairs, all sorts of things to get involved in here. Parking lot can be a little bit of a disaster. Parents who pick up or drop off their students don't like to pull all the way forward in the traffic circle as they should, to allow for more cars to be in the drive-up area. Car start lining up very early for pickup, so if you intend on bringing your child here and you will be picking them up after school, get here early or plan to park as there is plenty of parking.”

“My oldest son went to West Cypress last year for the 5th grade, now at the new Middle School and my youngest son also attended, he is now in 1st grade. My oldest son's teacher was Mrs. Hicks, who my son absolutely loved and still talks about. She was great to work with and went outside the box to challenge our son who was a bit bored in math.. Our youngest son had Ms. Fink who was also awesome. it was kind of cute to hear him say that his new teacher is, no Ms. Fink...but her now likes his new teacher the more he goes to school. I can't speak for the leadership at West Cypress Hills, but I can say that these two teachers are awesome and the staff are always super nice. top it off with a very nice facility and being closer than Bee Cave Elementary means you get 5 stars in my book.”
