“I don’t regularly write reviews, but I am so impressed with Bee Cave Orthodontics that I have to take the time to highly recommend them. I had braces 10 years ago and have had a permanent retainer. The glue unexpectedly broke off of one tooth that was holding the retainer in place and I needed it fixed immediately. I called several orthodontists in the area and was having trouble finding help. The professionals at Bee Cave Orthodontics saved me and were able to see me and fix my my permanent retainer flawlessly the same day. Everyone was so wonderfully kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Any practice that is capable of making a visit to the dentist as pleasurable and reassuring as Bee Cave Orthodontics deserves so much respect and business. Go see them!!!”

“The ladies at the Natural Birthing Center were so amazing. I recently moved to the area at 35 weeks pregnant and they were willing to accept me so late in the game. Sandra was attending another birth when I went into labor so Ashley was my primary midwife for L and D. She was so amazing! The chord was wrapped around my sons neck and she new exactly what to do. She stayed calm the entire time, reassuring my husband and myself. I had a small tear and she took the time to discuss options with me. I ended up choosing to get a few little stitches and I’ve never had a smoother healing process! I have a two children before in a hospital and I was down, and taking mild pain meds for a good week or so after. I only took 800mg total during this recovery period. It was amazing! At first I was a little apprehensive delivering outside of a hospital with a midwife. But I trust them just as much, if not more than the random nurses who happen to be on shift at the hospital and a Dr. that only shows up to catch the baby. These are trained midwives! They know what to do and they WANT to be there for you and your baby. You really get to develop a trusting relationship with the person delivering your child and it’s a very wonderful and special experience. I can’t recommend Ashley and the women at The Natural Birthing Center enough!”

“I was referred here for my Invisalign treatment by my dentist at Hill Country Dentists, and I'm extremely happy with the referral. The front office staff and RDA's I've worked/communicated with are extremely kind, professional, and easy to work with -- they're also fun to have regular/random coversations with! The front office staff are prompt with checking you in and are able to easily get your next appointment scheduled (with plenty of reminders). I've also noticed they offer water and other beverages for their patients in addition to popsicles for their pediatric patients, which is a super cute and nice thing to do! I haven't seen many dental/ortho offices do this. Over the course of a year, I've been treated by both Dr. Singh and Dr. Romero, both of which are amazing orthodontists to work with. They're straightforward, confident, honest, and easy to ask questions to. I've always felt comfortable expressing my concerns, questions, fears, etc. to both of them regarding my Invisalign treatment, and they've never treated me as though I was stupid or childish for asking. Both Dr. Singh and Dr. Romero were also very clear and thorough about what to expect through my Invisalign treatment and didn't give me any false expectations/hopes about it. Additionally, they gave me a very in depth explanation about what I should be doing at home to ensure my Invisalign treatment went smoothly. For me, this is a great practice to have, especially since I've personally had different medical professionals (and have read too many Reddit, other Invisalign patient, story experiences of them) just saying to Google it or hastily rush through their explanation of post-appointment care/treatment. Even though I've moved away from Lakeway, I still have one more appointment with Sing that I'm happily willing to drive 3.5 hours for. I will edit my review and post picture updates on how my teeth look after going through my year-long journey with such a great team of RDAs and talented orthodontists.”

The appointment scheduling and registration process is simple and quick and we were thankfully able to start treatment the same day. Dr. Dietrich and his staff provided us with a wealth of information and guidance for my son to avoid future injuries. Their explanations are clear and concise and they took the time to explain things to my son in an easy to follow manner. Dr. Dietrich’s ability to explain complex medical terms in a simple and understanding way reassured me with each visit that my son was in good hands. “I have completed two sessions with Walter and must recommend the experience. I went to Walter with concerns regarding late night eating, a new behavior I didn’t understand. He took the time to ask broader questions and get to the heart of the matter which was anxiety and overall subconscious health attitudes. Walter then took the time to outline his process and set expectations for both the short and long-term, and answered all my questions. Walter has a naturally calming and relaxing energy; I felt completely at ease in the quiet dark room. Leaving I always feel deeply relaxed and youthful, like I have been “reset”. I have a recurring appointment with Walter and am already down 6 pounds. Strongly recommend.”

“Update: Darlene reached out to me and we discussed my issues to find that it did not fall on Apria. She's willing to get to the bottom of my issues so that this doesn't happen to another loved one. Although the equipment came from Apria, it was Home Health that supplied it, and there was no record with Apria that my grandmother had services with them. I appreciate her reaching out and getting to the bottom of this. It won't bring my grandmother back, but if it helps the next person, I'm happy! This company is horrible. Had I not been overseeing my grandmother's care, they would have killed her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! NIGHTMARE!”

“Austin Dental Cares - really cares about their patients. When my brother was seen by Dr Tran she was so patient! She took her time and made sure is mouth and teeth were the best that it could be. My brother is in a nursing home and this was the first time he had his teeth looked at in years. He can't take care of himself. Thos doesn't bother Dr Tran she gets the job done! Dr Tran got busy and continued cleaning for 2 hours! Today he is back for his 2nd mouth care with Dr Tran. She found an ulcer and recommended a specialist to evaluate it. Dr Tran not only cleans, but at the same time inspects for possible issues. She is simply Amazing! If you are looking for a wonderful dentist- look no further!”
