“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”

We replaced carpet w/laminate; then replaced that w/vinyl. The Serenity Prayer - The wisdom to know how to accept/deal with things I cannot change. Such as 2 doggies a'pissin'. I tried for 3 weeks to schedule a measure and estimate with that other company, and after being told they would call back 4 times and never getting a call back, then finally getting scheduled only to have them call to reschedule for a later date, I accidentally reached these guys. At first we were both confused , then figured out I got the wrong company- but the rep asked if they could schedule to give a competing bid. Well, they came when they said, they quoted a better price, and the counters were ready for me BEFORE I was ready for THEM!! Everything went smoothly, the counters look fabulous, I got a very fair price, and I couldn't be more satisfied! And now I have a new countertop company!”

Although the cabinet options are not numerous, the quality (we ordered a medium quality) is decent. The price was more than half what custom cabinets would have cost (without the counters!) Solid wood, smooth fixtures. Installation crew was friendly and efficient. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy with the new kitchen.”
