Mario from the maintenance team came over to replace a lighting fixture that we hadn't really noticed an issue with before, but they were proactive with getting everything perfect and he was super friendly and welcoming. He was more than happy to help us with any and everything we had questions about including helping us install a new shower head! Very happy with this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.”

“Outstanding property in a beautiful setting! You will not be disappointed. This was definitely a weekend to remember. There were 20 of us and there was more than enough space. The only reason I am giving not giving the stay 5 stars is due to lack of communication from management. The only comment I have about the property itself is the pool needs to be upkept a bit better. When we arrived it was a bit murky. We booked the property as it was pet friendly. There were no fees on the website, so rather than assume, I asked management after booking. $200/pet. Both dogs are emotional support so I sent over paperwork and had to follow up four times prior to someone getting back to me. I also asked for a copy of the guest agreement, which I never received. As a guest, prompt communication is very important to me and could be improved upon. Thank you Ranch at Cow Creek for exceeding our expectations!”
