“Our MN crew had a great time at the float house. We hope to return in the future. The rope swing was a blast and easy to use. They have floaties to use there. Extra deck chairs. Shuffle board and pool table inside. Prepare for the stairs leading down to the house! Lugging our heavy suitcases was doable but not a pretty sight. The water was blue and beautiful. We were there mid-October. Everything was clearly labeled and fun to read. Charming and a hidden gem. We just loved it.”

“What a great experience! Some background. I'm scared of heights and flying. Crazy I know. But I wanted to take my boyfriend around Austin as he is not from Texas. A date idea I am quite proud of. He was afraid of helicopters but agreed to go. We both loved it! Glenn and his wife(she drove us to and from the helicopter) were amazing! Very nice people. Glenn is a great pilot and made us both feel at ease! The views were beautiful. It's totally worth it, and we conquered our fears!”

“5 star experience for us with Steve. Excellent location to start the tour right next to Lake Travis. He gave us a great loop around the lake and flew around the city and back to the lake. Steve has an in depth knowledge of the area and shows you all points of interest in the Austin area. He also gladly answers any questions you may have about the region or the aircraft. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get a birds eye view from above tour with an experienced pilot. It was a great feeling to take off from the ground and cruise around the beautiful area. Everything looks amazing from up in the sky.”

“Our group was 6 people. 4 of our 6 riders were first timers. We rode in pairs and singles. We had 4 skis for 2hrs and everyone had plenty of time to drive and to ride. It was awesome. 20 minutes later we were on the water SAFELY flying up and down the river. The skis were nothing but fun, no problems or issues. Our Epic experience went just as planned. Amazingly, everyone was on time including the ski provider. Drop off and pick up was smooth and easy. We had a great day on the water and made plans for the next trip before we were even dried off. If you're not sure, DO IT!”

Captain Chris was the bomb and can throw a deep eddy cocktail perfectly onto the Lilly pad so we never had to leave the water. He was an excellent Grillmaster and the perfect host. “Cristina arranged a two week trip to Italy for my husband and myself to celebrate his Birthday and our 30th Wedding Anniversary. She arranged the hotels, excursions, and our train tickets. She gave detailed instructions as to best deal with every detail of our trip. This was very helpful, and I am happy to say that every aspect worked out perfectly!! When the airline unexpectedly cancelled our return flight shortly before our departure, Cristina stayed late on a Friday night to rebook our flight, and made sure the details were to our liking. The hotels were very convenient to our excursions, and most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere. “Captain Tim was awesome had a long charter 130 to sunset about 8ish and sailed a while stoped in a cove to swim and brought our own food and had a nice meal sailing and got an amazing sunset. He is super informative and you have a question he'll answer it was awesome. He really enjoys what he's doing and it shows it's super relaxing and fun, just a great experience to have.”

“We rented the Casa Del Marina home for the long Memorial weekend. It was 3 couples with one teenager and one 3 yr old. The house was very clean and Shelley was A GREAT HOST! This property has a private boat dock, but with the water levels low, we weren't sure if our boat would get into the cove and store properly. Shelley went out to the property to check the water level for us! The TV had many different software options so our toddler was able to watch BabyBum, Cocomelon, etc. LOL! There is not a king bed in the house, however the queen bed in the master was very comfortable. The master closet is very large and has a vent so we were able to put our toddler's pack 'n play in there for her to sleep. We kept the doors closed with a gap and was able to hook up her sound machine and monitor easily! Sound does travel in the home, but she didn't wake. (One con in the master was the top window up high does not have blinds, so the sun comes in early and we weren't able to get back to sleep. Suggestion for the owners to add blinds to this window and a few Tupperware's for use in the kitchen.) The back patio was great and we grilled many times! There was a good amount of shade from the trees so my toddler was able to enjoy her small pool we brought with us. We launched our boat at Pace Bend park which was very close. The first night we ate right across the cove at the Lighthouse restaurant. It had great views of the water and lots of water misters to keep cool. Their menu was large and food was good! Sunday night they had live music and we could hear it perfectly from our back patio! (It did end by 9:30pm or so, and it didn't interrupt the sleeping toddler.) Trash and recycle were easy to take out to the bins. Paper towels, Clorox wipes, sponge, and extra trash bags were provided. We used the washer and dryer once and they worked well! The cove was GREAT! The lake was rough due to strong winds, but the cove was calm and peaceful. My teenager was able to paddleboard (stored on boat dock), the adults floated, and there were 2 comfortable fold out chairs in the boat dock closet for use! We saw deer in the front yard...driveway plenty of space for a Tahoe + boat trailer, Jeep, and small SUV. The home did not come with a blow dryer but Shelley dropped one off for us on our front door to use! Such a great help! She also suggested restaurants for us with a quick response time! Overall, everyone was very happy with the property and very impressed with Shelley as a host! We look forward to renting with you again! Thank you!! :)”
