“I went in to pay our yearly vehicle registration. There is only one lady, Suzanne, doing the work. She is AWESOME. I had the misfortune of having to visit the tax office in Canton and the experience was miserable. Suzanne, at the WP location, is proficient, friendly, and professional. I went in last week and because of my poor scheduling, i had to make another appointment and I didn’t stay in line. It was a long line and she kept in moving, I just had to leave. I came back yesterday and although there was someone in front of me, the wait was minimal (even with the person’s plethora of questions, which I overheard her patiently and kindly answer). When it was my turn she started verifying information. I needed one more piece of paperwork (I was having an off few days and very forgetful) so I left to retrieve it. I returned and there was an even longer line than when I was there less than an hour before. She moved them through, all with a calmness, kindness and non stressful attitude. She did an exemplary job doing what it took four women at the Canton office to do and she did it KINDLY. I’m hoping that she is noticed for her hard work and dedication. They’d be hard pressed to find someone more capable. Suzanne is an excellent example of a public servant and they need to keep her happy...for our sake!”
