  I’ve lived here about a year. I work in Houston during the week and live in Oklahoma. The tenants are great. They look out for each other. If you are working on anything they show up to offer help. The park manager Alice is friendly and helpful. I’m not here on the weekends but I hear some of them bbq and play corn hole and Everyone is welcome. It’s like having a park family. Good value and you can’t put a price on having real neighbors while away from home.

  Lived there a year nice community washers n drivers work great showers are clean neighbors bend over backward to help only drawl back is loud trucks in the early morning as most are there because of work Mrs Alice is a kind person if allowe she'll talk your ears off j/k
