“I have been using TSP for two winters now and have not had any negative experiences. The one time my delivery was delayed by a few days, TSP offered a discounted rate to make the oversight right. I’m a little gun-shy based on my experiences with a local competitor, so I confirm price each time order but TSP has never attempted to charge a rate that is outside of a reasonable mark-up from the market rate.
