“I have been involved in the classic car hobby most of my life and I am very particular regarding the originality of some of my cars. “Try the LEAN BRISKET! The Sliced Lean Brisket Sandwich was more than enough for one person - and reasonably priced. Sandwiches are available with or without sauce. We chose their Spicy Sauce, served on the side. You can also add pickles, onions and jalapenos... which we did. I like their Lean Brisket because you can taste the smoky flavor in each bite. Honestly, this meat is so good... adding any sauce to it is actually an insult! It is so tender, moist and flavorful, it would be perfect to serve during a Sunday Family Meal! Desserts! The German Chocolate Cake is moist and tastes really good! I like it because it is not overloaded with coconut.... it has just enough! If you ever drive thru Waller County, do your appetite a favor... Try this BBQ!l”
