“Stayed from Friday to Sunday, it was very welcoming. Scott met me at my vehicle as I pulled up and offered to help me take my stuff inside which was SUPER nice, and not something I am used to when arriving at retreat houses. The got meals were very good, the breakfast on your own was a bit lacking in my opinion. There was a toaster, but nothing to toast, coffee was provided, but no juices, was looking for orange juice. Had a few choices in cols cereal, a few muffins, fruit, and some hard boiled eggs in the fridge. Brunch on Sunday was very good, but again no orange, or any kind of juice. There was plenty of room in the work room. The beds were most comfortable in my opinion, but noise bounces off the walls and floors, so it sounds like people are IN your room, when in reality, they are out in the hallway speaking to each other (bring ear plugs it solves the problem). Slept very well after ear plugs. The bathrooms were roomy, and there were 2 bathrooms downstairs which was very nice.”

“I have been using TSP for two winters now and have not had any negative experiences. The one time my delivery was delayed by a few days, TSP offered a discounted rate to make the oversight right. I’m a little gun-shy based on my experiences with a local competitor, so I confirm price each time order but TSP has never attempted to charge a rate that is outside of a reasonable mark-up from the market rate. The delivery on-site is always professional and the drivers are courteous. As an FYI, I own my tank and call to request a delivery each time my tank level reaches 30%. Friendly by phone.
