“Update: Manager Chelsea reached out right away and got me back in to fix it up at no additional charge. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for, what would look good, and how to style it. Fantastic experience on round 2. I went in for a major cut. I had approximately 12" cut off to donate and needed a short haircut style for the first time in years, and I was relying on the aestheticisan to help me find a good look. I showed her a couple of styles that I liked. One shorter that I thought would be a good style for now, and one longer that I wanted to be able to grow out to. Instead she cut some sort of weird combo, with the undercut coming nearly to the top of my head. I'm left with a weird patch of hair that's long enough to need styling, but too short on the sides to slick back or sweep to one side. It looks terrible and she even said "well that's the best we can do" when we were done. I'll be going somewhere else soon to have it cut short and start from scratch. The whole experience felt like a slightly fancier super cuts, but for twice the cost and a worse haircut. In all fairness, she seemed perfectly competent from a technical standpoint. Perhaps if I had known exactly what I wanted I would have gotten better results, but I wouldn't recommend going in trying to find a new look.”

“Dana is amazing. I’d never trust anyone else with my injections! I have a really small upper lip so Dana puts filler to balance out my lips. It’s makes such a difference. Dana has also done some Botox/filler under my eyes to prevent and help with those awful makeup creases. Dana is super calming and personable. Her office is a safe zone. I believe she takes more of a natural approach unless you desire more. You can always add more of course :) Thank you so much Dana for making me always feel comfortable and keeping me young!”

“This was the second place I was sent to. The first was a complete waste of time. The difference was night and day. Texas PTS are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. The facilities are nice and they clean regularly. The doctors there really spend time listening to you, explain their thoughts and treatment plans, and work together with you towards healing. I really have made a lot of progress in just a few sessions and I always look forward to going there. I highly recommend!”

Today I saw Nurse Morgan for Botox and it was such a fun and satisfying experience. Both nurses were so knowledgeable and made me feel entirely comfortable. They are gentle and make sure to give you anything to be comfortable-- fans, stress balls, anything you ask for!”

The doctor was very good and thorough in explaining my kids' dental situation, however, I wish he tried build rapport as well. It's so important to trust people who help you with your children's needs. You want to know that they have genuine concern. This can only follow after some sort of relationship is established.”
