Absolutely GREAT Verizon store. I first went to the store at UTC and it was an hour wait. I went to this store (I dropped my phone and the display was all scrambled) and within 45 minutes I had a new phone, all my info from my old phone had been transferred over and I was out the door. Faster than an oil change for my car.

Went in to consider my opinions for an upgrade. By the end of the day we had decide le to upgrade our phones and plan.

Mike was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best phones for our needs. Excellent customer service!

I went in to upgrade my phone. Jeff was polite and efficient. Gave me the best plan for me and explained the options. He helped me pick out a case and made sure I had the updated charger. He put on my screen saver and set up my phone and transferred everything over from the old phone. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

It was a great experience from the minute I walked in the door. I had set an appointment for the same day, the sales person was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He transferred everything over to my new phone without a problem.
