“I can't stand the Dentist. I've had way too many experiences that make the dentist an incredibly stressful and frustrating place for me to go. I get anxiety just booking an appointment. Yesterday I felt some pain in one of my teeth and even though I'm paranoid about the dentist, when something feels wrong, I go in right away. Rather than go to the dentist I have been seen for a few years that I've never been impressed with, I reached out to a friend for a recommendation. He connected me with Avery Ranch dental yesterday and I was able to get in this morning to see Dr. DeCoursin. The experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff is polite, friendly, and makes you feel taken care of. There is a clear process in this office and I never felt like I was lost or out of place, everything was explained clearly and effectively. Dr. DeCoursin has the type of doctor temperament that you both feel and hear. She immediately made me feel confident and comfortable. I am transitioning all of my business to this office and setting up a cleaning. Even though it's about 45 minutes away from the house we just purchased, the drive is absolutely worth it. “Our entire family loves to visit Dr.Slaughter’s office! The entire staff is phenomenal. I appreciate Dr. Slaughter’s commitment to his profession. From a personal experience, Dr. Slaughter’s interest in orthodontics has resulted in me having perfectly straight teeth, no cavities, and halting the degradation of a tooth that we expected would need a crown in 2ish years (it’s been 4 years and it still looks good!) I can’t express enough gratitude for his commitment to ongoing learning. I’ve also taken my 2 and 4 year old for their first non pediatric dental appointment. “Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful as usual. The hygienist (April) took her time to explain everything she was doing at every stage. Even though my appointment was for cleaning, Dr. Johnson took time out of his busy schedule to visit with me briefly for introductions. He is going to be my new dentist (Dr. Haddock has relocated to another state) and I like him already. The office is very neat, they provide breakfast bars and have positive posts on the exam room computer monitor. My appointment started on time.”

“My wife and I have been going to Dr. Augustine for many years and love his Dentist practice. He always makes time to visit and get to know his patients. I feel he truly is looking out for each of his patient’s best interest. Our hygienist is equally great- very friendly and performs great work. I also have to comment on his administration specialist, Charlotte. Charlotte always greats us and is super helpful with scheduling and billing questions. The doctor was very good and thorough in explaining my kids' dental situation, however, I wish he tried build rapport as well. “My experience at this dental office was awesome! The ladies Sabrina Jennifer, and Marwa were awesome. Dr. Prada was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, DETAILED, and THROUGH with her exam. By far this was the first positive experience I received. I came in frantic because I was late to my appointment and they were really patient and sweet and were able to get me into see the dentist. They use the latest technology at this dentist and this is the first dentist I went to that took the time to understand my dental health, explain the procedures, and took their time on everything!
