The area here is huge, Texas size. It has a air filler and vacum as well. Gas is relatively cheaper here compared to the Shell near by I-35 and 620.”

She's professional and her cakes are light, fluffy, melt in your mouth pieces of heaven. When we did our wedding tasting, we tried 6 different flavors and each one of them was moist, delicious and filled with unbelievable flavor. It was difficult to decide, but we went with the Bourbon Caramel Pecan. Just as we hoped, everyone loved our cake and they're still raving about it. To be fair, we did tastings at other places, too, but Michelle's Patisserie was hands down the best. And if I haven't convinced you yet, today is the day after our wedding and my husband and I decided we're not saving our top tier for our one year anniversary. We're having it tonight! It makes no sense to us to deny ourselves. Besides, it'll give us an excuse to buy a new one.”
