We gave in laundry for wash and fold with a laundry bag. It came back without the bag first. They then gave us the wrong bag. In the end they reimbursed us for it.

We also owe an apology to them. When we received our laundry we believed our expensive towels were lost, and left a poor review. It turns out the towels were not given in (we’d left them out of state), and they bent over backward to make it right. We’d refused and we’re glad we had since it was our error not theirs. Karl, thank you and we sincerely apologize for the mixup.

Joe will pick up and deliver your laundry all nicely washed and folded. Olivia will text you the amount and you can just pay her by credit card. They are both super nice and do a great job and are in Round Rock

Always do a great job and go the extra mile when necessary. They have great coupons too. The customer service staff is always professional and friendly.
