Not always someone at the desk but they will easily page someone when they see you standing there for a few seconds. They're very helpful when trying to upload photos at the store.”

Upon calling customer service line, they indicated that to replace that shelf, it would take 3 months to order and ship. We reached out to the Lakeline OfficeMax and they kindly agreed to take apart their display bookcase in order to give us this shelf. Both the manager, Josh, and the sales person, Kayla, were not only professional but very kind and accommodating to help us out. Very pleased with the service at this store! Highly recommend.”
