“My 8 year old daughter has been coming here for the past few years, she really has enjoyed learning Karate. Mr. Rockhold has a perfect way of teaching the very little ones by making the classes fun and interesting and also enforcing discipline at the same time. She is now in the older classes and she still enjoys it. The place is kept extremely clean and he has lots of time options that work with out schedules. I would highly recommend this place to any parents looking to enroll their kids in a karate class.”

She did a partial stage, using our existing furniture and bringing in items, such as pillows (so many!), and a variety of decorations, as well as furniture including a dining table, chairs, and a couch, where we had empty space. She gave us clear direction for what to do to make the house as appealing to potential buyers as possible while we still lived in the house. Not surprisingly, the house looked so much more inviting with her touches than with my own decorating efforts! She arranged for a prompt removal once we were in contract. “We never eat here we normally go to Church’s BUT they were closed yesterday for what ever reason and we decided to try it. The staff were so busy in the drive thru, that has THREE LANES BTW! The staff were really working, working. Great group of employees. Not a long wait at all, we ordered the 2 piece with a side. We wanted a leg, thigh and I got mac n cheese and my husband ordered the fried okra. Everything we ordered tasted way better than KFC. We would go back, only negative there was a hole in the bottom of my sweet tea and leaked all inside my car.”

“I’ve been going here for months as well as their other location before I moved. They have always done an amazing job. They make you feel extremely comfortable and are very accommodating to people with dental anxiety (which I barely have anymore because I know how amazing they are). They don’t make you sit in the waiting room forever like all other dentist offices do. They clearly lay out what you need and what your options are. They are quick and efficient and never make you worried that they rushed. They also make great recommendations on when to get work done to get the most of out of your insurance benefits. They address the problems you have and any questions and they never hide things to get you to come back. They were the first dentists to tell me about my teeth grinding issue and suggest solutions, while other dentists hid it from me so I would come back for more work. They work so hard to make sure you get the most excellent care. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!”

“Losing a loved one is very hard and taking care of the arrangements is absolutely nerve racking. I lost my father in Saturday, and quite a bit of the family was already on their way in town to try and see him before he passed. This put us on a timeframe to prepare for the service. We were there when George picked up my father from the hospital, and we were very confident leaving him in their care. Heather took care of our account and she is absolutely amazing. Anytime I turned around and needed anything, she was right there. They took care of everything for us, but I could not have seen my father's service turning out any better. He looked wonderful and as if he could wake up any minute. While nothing can make this time in our lives any easier, Their compassion and professionalism helped make it so that we were better able to grieve, instead of focusing on the little details.”

Last week I had been sick for a week. I called today to ask about a prescription and they asked if I was feeling better. He had told Judy and she remembered. “My father was a resident at New Hope Manor for a little over a year. From day one we felt welcomed and cared for. My dad soon began calling New Hope Manor “home.” This alone was a huge testament to the level of comfort he felt in such a short time. I’d especially like to recognize, Perla and Maria, two of the most genuine, caring, hard-working, compassionate people I have ever encountered--they are the best of the best! Kay, the social worker, went above and beyond many times for my dad and our family. Lily, the director of nursing, is on top of her staff and is very professional. April, the activities director, is great, loves her job, and loves the residents. My dad always looked sharp--hair, beard, etc.--Lori and the in-house salon is top-notch. The cleaning staff kept the facility looking and smelling great. My dad had no complaints on the food--he loved it and they were always generous with whatever he wanted. Joe and his maintenance staff were always kind and helpful. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience, and would highly recommend New Hope Manor.”
