Shady River RV Resort

Awesome stay. Friendly and helpful staff. If we are back in the Georgetown area this is where we will stay. Lots of shady areas and a well kept play/picnic area. Thanks

I love this place! I'm a travel nurse who stays on her own, and felt completely safe at all times. The owner and camp host are excellent and responsive. Grounds are well kept and neighbors are all very friendly. I hate to leave but my assignment changed locations, otherwise I would have loved to stay. Thank you for everything! I hope to be back someday!

There is no better place for the money on this side of Austin. Literally. I could have paid twice the monthly rate at Shady River and still have saved money compared to the other ridiculously priced RV parks in the area. There are several reasons that I won't give it a fifth star, but none of those reasons negate what a good deal Shady River is. Keep in mind that this is old school Texas. If you can't handle an occasional Confederate flag, then you might decide to pay three times more (at least) at another place. This place is fairly convenient for all of the north side of Austin.
