Grounds are well kept and neighbors are all very friendly. I hate to leave but my assignment changed locations, otherwise I would have loved to stay. Thank you for everything! “Great owner, good people, quite, safe. The Austin and surrounding areas need more places like this. And if you come here and start trouble or not respect the neighbors around you as all RV parks should you will be told that you and your camper or RV will be personal removed from the premises by the owner. Not that hard to just be respectful and responsible. Making this place feel like home.”
