The last step in our move has arrived and our builder, a national company, sent us information about their insurance agency. They were aggressive and had even prepared a quote. Last March we got very busy with an unexpected move to the Dallas area when our son an his family ask us to move closer. Who could say no to those precious grandchildren? We were on an overwhelming adventure. We had to make several calls in the process and the easiest and most help was Amanda Covan at Evans, Ewan & Brady. Amanda took care of everything for our insurance needs.
Less than two weeks of the moving van pulling out, I was in an accident and totaled our car. Amanda again was calm and reassuring and the claims agent was too. In fact he settled our claim before our move.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so. My long time Independent Insurance Agent became less than helpful due to the fact the person I always worked with left the company. I went into panic mode when I saw my renewal rates for my home and auto policies sky rocket this year for no apparent reason. I have always preferred working with an Independent Insurance Agent as they have the ability to shop products and prices with some of the best companies vs. a Captive Agent who only works for one company.
After some searching, I decided to try Evans, Ewan & Brady. I made an appointment and we went in to see Lis who was so cheerful, and helpful I was feeling good when we left. They went to work for us and by the end of the day I received a call from Ken with great news that they had found some excellent insurance for our home and autos and we would be saving a great deal of money renewing our policies with a different company. Today we went back, and signed paperwork and went over everything with Claudia. She is very proficient with her job and we actually had laughs and a great time taking care of the business at hand.
Everyone we have met in this office are enjoyable to be around and they conduct business in a professional and proficient manner. I know we will be doing business with them for long time to come.
