  I have been using Evans Ewan & Brady for a few years now and have been very pleased with their service on finding insurance that best suits my needs. This year, I was surprised by the renewal increase in both my homeowners and car insurance. After calling and discussing the increase with Amanda, she looked at my policies and noticed a glaring oversight regarding the age of my roof (which was replaced in 2020 but was still showing to be an older roof on my policy). Correcting that item alone reduced my policy renewal amount over $400 !!!! Based on Amanda's discovery, the adjusted premium renewal amount was still my best selection in comparison to other carriers. I appreciate their (Amanda's) time and effort with this. On a side note, after a huge hail storm in 2020 that pretty much demolished my roof, SAFECO was "Johnny on the spot" about getting it replaced. I was probably the first one in the area to get a new roof !!!!

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so. My long time Independent Insurance Agent became less than helpful due to the fact the person I always worked with left the company. I went into panic mode when I saw my renewal rates for my home and auto policies sky rocket this year for no apparent reason. I have always preferred working with an Independent Insurance Agent as they have the ability to shop products and prices with some of the best companies vs. a Captive Agent who only works for one company.
  After some searching, I decided to try Evans, Ewan & Brady. I made an appointment and we went in to see Lis who was so cheerful, and helpful I was feeling good when we left. They went to work for us and by the end of the day I received a call from Ken with great news that they had found some excellent insurance for our home and autos and we would be saving a great deal of money renewing our policies with a different company. Today we went back, and signed paperwork and went over everything with Claudia. She is very proficient with her job and we actually had laughs and a great time taking care of the business at hand.
  Everyone we have met in this office are enjoyable to be around and they conduct business in a professional and proficient manner. I know we will be doing business with them for long time to come. If you are looking for an Independent Insurance Agent this is the group of professionals to call. They won't let you down.

  Whatever my needs and concerns, the agents at Evans, Ewan & Brady have always cheerfully assisted me. Most recently Amanda was able to save me some money on my Homeowner's policy, and concerning my auto policy, she instantly emailed my Insurance Card when I advised I couldn't locate it! Her prompt, helpful service is so appreciated!

  Decided at the last minute to change my home, auto and umbrella insurance. Callers Evans, Ewan and Brady and have my information and received a quote by early afternoon. Signed papers with Claudia today and got in force policies in record time. Great experience.
