They have a good selection of RV's and travel trailers. Tom the salesman was extremely nice and courteous. He made us feel comfortable and showed us verious options. He was definitely NOT your typical pushy used car salesman! Shopping there was a pleasant experience!

Joe Turner was the man at RV Outlet Mall that helped us find the camper we wanted. Which ended up being a Bullet Premiere made by Keystone.

We initially went in to get some parts for our existing unit and Joe checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. By that time, my wife had an interest in looking at the trailers that were on the lot.

I told Joe that we were there for parts only and to please not try to sell us a new Travel Trailer. He was gracious and only took us to things that we were interested in seeing. We had been dealing with a couple of issues on our old unit and I think both of us were really ready for an upgrade. What I appreciated about Joe is that he simply helped us rather than trying to sell to us. I suppose that is the best form of salesmanship anyway.

As you know, RV Outlet Mall is in Texas and we live in Tennessee. Because of that we were a bit reluctant to move forward. But, Joe and the folks at RVOM were helpful and made the process of selecting and purchasing a new camper pretty easy.

I would highly recommend RV Outlet Mall to you if you are looking for a new camper. If you happen to go there, ask for Joe. He will take care of you without pressure and will do his best to answer any questions you might have. What I especially appreciated about him was that If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he'll admit it and find the answer for you.

So, RV Outlet Mall gets 5 stars from us. However, Joe Turner gets a 5++!

Stop what you're doing and go see JOE! First time purchase for us. We did a TON of research and visited five RV stores before driving on to this lot. Joe met us within minutes and we found our TT that day. Customer service is so important to us and Joe went out of his way to make us feel like family, not just customers. Thank you, Joe!

I highly recommend my sales person, James and the finance manager, Edgar. They made the purchase clean and easy. Being a first time RV owner can be daunting. It's like getting into a new home, and just like a new home, you have to be educated and learn how to care for your RV. Bubba in service is amazing! He's taking great care of us and James has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our purchase. We actually cancelled our purchase with another provider based on how this family oriented biz took the time to treat us 'like family'. Just go and buy here from JAMES!!!! (their entire staff is amazing, I'm super partial to James' outstanding customer service!)
