Appliance Express

After spending 10 months fighting with our warranty company who consistently sent us repairmen who did a one star "repair" job on our refrigerator, they finally allowed us to schedule our own technician to come out and fix it properly.

It was EASY to schedule the repair on line. It was EASY to call and speak with a kind and helpful scheduler. When Andre, our technician showed up, he was kind, efficient and through. He took time to explain everything. The folks in the main office were super responsive and got us all of the information we needed within one day to get our fridge taken care of.

Will we call Appliance Express again in the future? That is a big fat YES! We are breaking up with our warranty company though :)

As we all know, when you make a service call for any home appliance, you are at the mercy of who the company sends to your house.
Man, did we score big when Kevin walked through our door to diagnose and fix our appliances.
He quickly diagnosed the problems with our washing machine and dishwasher. He had already had the parts in his truck to make it a single service call to fix both appliances! He had anticipated what the failures were likely to be with both appliances.
He walked us through the entire maintenance process and recommended regular maintenance we could do to ensure the appliances run well. He gave us the price on the spot.
On top of being a great technician, Kevin was also very professional.
As a result of this great experience, I highly recommend using Appliance Express (and especially, Kevin) for your next Appliance service call. You won't regret it.

Supplies of new appliances are very low or completely unavailable in retailer stores right now. You might consider fixing your appliance until the Supply Chain delivery issues are better. If you're on the fence to repair an appliance, check new appliance availability online before sending the repair man on his way. These are different times we live in.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received today from Appliance Express. Brandon was my service representative. He was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and how I could help ensure my appliance performed as efficiently as possible in the future. I have already sent an e-mail to my neighbors telling them about my experience and suggesting that they call Appliance Express if they ever need service.

Tommy O. was awesome! He was extremely courteous and friendly, yet very professional. He explained things and answered all of my questions, and was very careful all along the way.

Callie in Customer Service was also wonderful! She was very helpful and courteous, and exemplified the true meaning of Customer Service.
