The Golden Rule

If you're looking for a comfortable cocktail bar in Georgetown, you definitely should try this one. Knowledgeable bartenders who make really good drinks and a nice wine list. Haven't tried the food yet, but I'll update my review afterwards.
If you're looking for a large variety of beer, then this may not be the place for you. Sometimes, though, you just need a good Manhattan.

We have been here several times and the food is always amazing with new items being added often. The drinks (particularly the Gold Fashioned) are delicious and you can tell they use the best ingredients. I recently hosted a work party here and everyone was impressed by not just the food and drink, but also the exceptional service, fun speakeasy vibe, and proximity to the city and surrounding hotels. Definitely recommend for lunch, dinner, parties, etc - this is our favorite place in Georgetown.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff are friendly, the music is the perfect volume (and selection), and the overall ambiance/decor is relaxed, but upscale. As for the food, everything my friend and I tried was top notch. The deviled eggs are to die for - always get 6 over 3. Don't even get me started on the Blondie for dessert - delicious! I will always make a point to visit here when I visit the area! If anyone ever mentions Georgetown to me, I will immediately tell them to dine here.

One word, WOW. The level of creativity Chef Juan has with his craft is true art. He mixes to perfection influences from the Asia’s, Mexico, Italy and down home southern comfort foods in a way I haven’t experienced. I’ve eaten at Michelin star restaurants which didn’t achieve what he has. My hat is off sir. Well played.

Hands down the best place in Georgetown. Whether you're looking for a quick drink with friends or a sit down dinner, you seriously can't ask for more. My wife and I have been here way too many times and will keep coming back! Great atmosphere, high quality drinks, and the food is delicious.
