(October 14, 2021, 10:45 am)My Husband needed new hearing aids so we went to Trusted Hearing Center in Georgetown. Phillip Zamora was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped my husband find a pair that worked for him and when any issue came/comes up, Phillip takes the time and care to get the issue resolved. We would not hesitate to recommend Phillip and his company.
(September 2, 2021, 5:38 pm)Phillip Zamora at Trusted Hearing Center is professional, courteous, and efficient. I saw him recently for a cleaning of my hearing aids, a task I’d put off for quite some time.
Phillip had my hearing aids looking as if they were new within only a few minutes!
His office was very clean and neat, and he sanitizes the surfaces we touch.
Although I was not shopping for new hearing aids, I will definitely return when I do and highly recommend Trusted Hearing Center.
(April 13, 2021, 6:44 pm)Veteran Friendly!!!!! We were told by the VA that they wouldn't be able to fix my husband's hearing aides until JULY! 4 months from now???!! So I decided to try Trusted Hearing Center. Phillip said we could come in right away and that he would look at the hearing aides. He replaced a part and cleaned them with specialized tech. When he brought them back out my husband tried them on and he said they worked better than ever. Best of all he didn't charge us a dime! They also offer a veteran program at Trusted Hearing Center in which they clean and service your hearing aides every three months free of charge! No long drive to the VA, no long wait on the phone to get an appointment and we're freed from the bueracracy!! I can't recommend them enough! Go see Phillip, he's kind, fast and friendly and best of all Trusted hearing center knows their stuff!!!
(January 31, 2021, 12:36 pm)Phillip, the owner of Trusted hearing is a really nice person. He's been helping my husband hear better for a couple years now with up to date hearing aids. My husband actually puts his hearing aids in first thing every morning. Probably because he doesn't like hearing me yell everything at him. lol. also batteries are included.
