“I called ahead to see if they had a selection of eye glasses for us to look at, which they did, and from the very beginning, Jennifer was nice and professional over the phone, she even asked to look up my insurance to further help me with what my co-pay would be. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted and helped. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. When my wife eventually decided on new frames, the eye doctor even sat down with her to get an accurate measurement for the prescription lenses and where they would be on the new frames, this was a first and a pleasant surprise because they wanted to make sure it would be done right. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy they gave us, it made us feel like we were priority. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. The staff is always so helpful and sweet and kind, the selection is always great here for all things plant/yard decoration, etc. It is very easy to get around the nursery and see all that you might want to browse so it isn't so cluttered you can't move around. It is just a generally beautifully taken care of spot that is lovely even if you're just wanting to walk around and enjoy an hour of 'window shopping' but I've never managed to not walk away with something from here! “The people at Austin Block Company really hooked me up with some beautiful Austin White Limestone. It is very challenging to get is challenging to get limestone in Houston that is affordable. When I called the Austin Block Company Limestone Quarry the price was 1/3 as much as the stoneyard. They even shipped it to my house. The delivery crew was friendly, on-time, and very helpful. The total amount of limestone delivered was 3 palettes. I got 2 mixed palettes of 4", 6", and 8" Austin White Limestone bricks. And 1 pallet of 6" Limestone Bricks. The 2 attached pictures are for a retaining wall. There are not many limestone retaining walls in Houston. This one really makes an impact. The rest of the stone was used for landscaping borders.”

“Wonderful staff and service. Dave was especially helpful from my initial phone call to picking up my car. Went in with an AC leak and the process was smooth and efficient. I dropped my car off around 10am on a Monday, expecting it to be extremely busy with the incoming heat wave and having been closed over the weekend. He did inform me that the wait time can be unpredictable, but as I was on my way out with the complimentary ride back home, he let me know he would at least be able to assess this morning and fix today if they had the necessary parts. I got a phone call not even 2 hours later with the issue that he would be able to fix within the hour. Will definitely be returning for future car repairs, thanks y'all!”
