The Standard at Leander Station Apartments

I've only lived here about one month but I've been very happy with my experience so far. The units are nice and the staff at the front desk has always been very friendly. I had an issue where the a/c unit wasn't working correctly I put a maintenance request in and the issue was resolved within 24 hours which I was very happy about. Overall I would definitely recommend this complex.

I've been at The Standard for just under a year and I gladly renewed my lease recently. This is a great aparment complex. The pool and gym are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. I've only had one maintenance issue in my place and it was fixed in less than 24 hours.

For what it's worth...I'm confused by the negative comments regarding paper thin walls. I've been having a much different experience. For the most part, it's very quiet and my electric bill is very low so the walls must be insulated well.

Have lived here for over a year and it is amazing. Very pet friendly. Desirae and Sharon are both absolutely amazing. The maintenance staff is awesome and has always fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. If you are looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend this property.
