Contacted them for help with a wireless garage ceiling storage lift. Tno, the Electrician drove over after the planned crew was delayed at a previous appt. Awesome customer service vs. just rescheduling. He determined 1 of the 4 relays was closed. Theory was it shouldn't have been. This gave me a great lead on who to contact next to replace the relay via some soldering. Good news it worked and if I would had to replace the entire lift it would have been quite a pain both in getting it done and in the pocketbook.

Even though my situation wasn't something he normally does his troubleshooting was key to getting it fixed. Great to work with.
