We first used American Eagle Plumbing in January when we needed someone fast. Jon came out and solved our problem quick. When we decided to start shopping for water softeners we reached out to Jon. He was very responsive and professional. He was patient and answered all the questions we had. He was thorough with the installation of our water softener and explaining how everything worked. I feel bad for leaving a negative review. American Eagle Plumbing is a good company that charges premium prices for high end work. If you want the best, expect to pay for it. otherwise go with someone else.

Great service. We had been dealing with the issue in our shower since we moved in. He came in a took a look, explained what was going on and made the repair. Nailed it! Very satisfied!

I am really happy with the results that Rob has fixed/ done for us. Rob explained the actual problems and how the pipes run underneath of my house foundation clearly. Rob also installed a new soft water device for us and had our leaking faucet in the bathtub fixed -these things are not included in the service. He was very patient in the conversations with me whose English is the second language. :p
I will definitely call American Eagle Plumbing if need services of plumbing in future.
