“I saw Dr. Holtzclaw probably about five years ago when I needed a dental implant. Unfortunately, I lost another tooth that had some shoddy dental work done over a decade ago, long before I went here. I was searching for this implant center online and noticed some negative reviews. Because I had such a positive experience, I felt it was necessary to write about my experience as I couldn't have been more pleased. When I needed my 1st implant, I saw multiple dental centers, primarily because prices were all over the board, and I wanted to ensure I found someone with experience. After talking with Dr. Holtzclaw for 5 minutes, I had no doubt he was the right doctor for me. He explained the process to me, and his experience in this field is unmatched. The man has written papers on various dental implant procedures. He also lectures dental implant doctors on multiple implant methods. His expertise and knowledge were paramount in my decision, and five years later, those implants are still holding on strong and look like they did the 1st day. Thank you, Doctor Holtzclaw. I can't forget to mention the finance woman who was there then. She was accommodating and made sure my dental coverage paid everything they were required to pay. They tried to tell me they wouldn't cover a portion, and she fixed that. I spent a lot less than I thought I was going to. I'm returning next week because I was pleased with their work and service. “I took my 10 year old granddaughter to have new braces put on her bottom teeth. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jovan (she always makes a point to visit) and then she handed my girl off to Megan. As I sat a few feet away, I watched this marvelous Dental tech prepare my girl’s teeth and her psyche for the procedure. Megan has a true gift from God that enables her not only to do the dental work beautifully, but to also establish a real relationship with her patients. She was fun and jovial, and entered into my girl’s life in a way that was rare. My granddaughter later told me that the procedure was no big deal! It was a wonderful sight to behold and made me so appreciate the blessing that Jovan Orthodontics has been to our family. “Dr. Jennifer Diep, DDS was fantastic! I was looking for a new dentist and after getting recommendations for at least 20 I decided to just do some looking myself. I wanted one close to me and who could fit me in easier before the end of the year. She was very informative in explaining her recommendations for me and even went so far as to explain why she felt I wouldn't be a good candidate for replacing metal fillings with the composite resin - she could have just did it to sell me but she didn't. My wait time was nothing, I filled out the paperwork there since I forgot to fill it out online and as soon as I was done I went to get my X-rays and then she started her exam. The X-rays were also quick and the technician was nice. The staff at the front was the same. I was told by several dentists I spoke with that the cleaning would have to be done on a later appointment but Castle said it might happen (they don't guarantee it but they at least don't say outright no). Well, Dr. Diep also cleaned my teeth and I can honestly say it was the "BEST" cleaning I've every had, she was thorough and careful. My exam went well and no cavities to fill and my gums are overall in good health. I will admit I was wondering if she would be as good as a dentist that has been in business a long time but she was super and in my opinion, better than some of the ones that have been. Her attention to detail and patient care were great. Their offices are clean, the waiting room has a lot of seating so you don't have to sit right next to someone if you don't want to and they are conveniently located with easy access to get in and out of the parking lot. I recommend if you're looking for a new dentist to go see Dr. Diep and her team!”
