“I’ve been going to Cadiz for laser hair removal treatments for almost a decade now (just for periodical maintenance treatments after the main treatments years ago). They have always been friendly and professional. The spa manager remembers me each time I go in, even if it’s been a few years. The spa itself is always clean and comfortable. I tried a Groupon from another laser treatment place and had terrible results. Their laser was set so low that there was a bare minimum of hair removal. In comparison, I’ve always had excellent removal rate results from Cadiz. The technicians are also very thorough, which is a huge relief. I don’t have to worry about them missing the stragglers. Highly recommend Cadiz Laser Spa to anyone interested in laser hair removal. They are wonderful about answering any & all questions, too.”

“My husband and I have loved meal proz so far. I'm shocked by how tasty all but one of the meals has been!!! I had a full salmon filet and broccoli once, and then the next night a salmon cake and green beans and I didn't even notice I had salmon two nights in a row! I could never cook so much great food ahead of time and I'm glad this place exists for us. We're busy people and try as we might try to cook nutritional meals, we just don't and get fried fast food instead, and we don't feel good afterwards! The only dish I haven't liked so far was chicken fried rice. I thought the chicken was overcooked and I think it should have been named grilled chicken over rice and carrots, because that's more like what it tasted like. I actually might have cooked it for 2:30 in the microwave rather than 2 minutes. I'm not sure. Turkey meatballs and spaghetti were good too.”

“I went to the ER yesterday because of some issues with my vision and blood pressure. The closest place to me was ALLY, I was glad to have such a convenient location. As, I entered I was greeted and the staff was. SUPER fry. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, which was awesome! The nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and they helped me to understand what was going on with me. We shared a few laughs, and I was back home within 30 minutes!! Excellent service, highly recommend them!”

“I visited several ALF's in the area with my Mom. Both her and I chose The Rose at Round Rock. She had been living on her own until about 5 months ago. I really thought I would have a difficult time getting her to move into an ALF, but she did it. The staff at all levels have been extremely friendly and so helpful. I appreciate all they have been doing for my Mom. She really likes it there. Enjoys the food and sitting by the warm fireplace in the lobby. I'm trying to get my Mom to get more involved with the activities at The Rose. They have a nice selection and I see other residents having a good time. My Mom was recently at a SNF and all she wanted to do was to go 'home' back to The Rose. That made me feel good knowing she was missing where I had moved her to. Request a tour of the facility and check it out. There is some remodeling taking place, so know this is just temporary.”

The instructor taught one of the most engaging and instructive classes I’ve ever been in. It was a great approach to setting up drills with clear, simple objectives that allowed the insight and skills to emerge naturally. Then the instructor led a quick discussion along with some movement advice that made a lot more sense after experiencing it. Awesome class. I will be back.”
