“Balloons 'N' Smiles are AWESOME! Use them for your balloon needs, you will not regret it. For a longer review see below. We were slightly difficult. I gave a few instructions but not a lot, and Brett did a wonderful job of being excited, helpful and constructive about what we needed. I was throwing a baby shower and needed decorations for 10 people. Brett suggested a baby rattle made of balloons, and recommended 3-5 per chair. The rattle was ADORABLE. Then we needed to pick the balloons up in the morning, but I later realized (8 o'clock the night before the shower) that I needed to pick them up at least an hour earlier. When we called, Brett was understanding and extremely accommodating. Since we were driving down from Dallas the morning of the shower, he asked that we call and give an ETA, as they were very busy making deliveries that morning and all day. They were ready when we got there, and beyond what we expected. They were affordable, and had such cute options, without lacking in quality of product or customer service. They're a local family owned business and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Please make sure to keep them in mind and use them for your next balloon needing event!”

“Went in for an annual state inspection. I arrived at 9.55 AM (state inspections starts at 10 AM) on a Tuesday morning and there were about 4-5 people ahead of me in the queue. I was asked to park my car and wait in the lobby, and informed of an approximate wait time of an hour. The lobby has seating for 6-8 people. By the time they came to take my car keys and insurance information, it was about an hour, and then the inspection was done in another 15-20 minutes. The fees were $19 and they printed out the inspection report at the cashier counter. Very polite service. Not exactly quick but close to the time estimate provided. I will come back here next year around and when I need any oil changes after my cars service agreement period.”

“My husband and I have loved meal proz so far. I'm shocked by how tasty all but one of the meals has been!!! I had a full salmon filet and broccoli once, and then the next night a salmon cake and green beans and I didn't even notice I had salmon two nights in a row! I could never cook so much great food ahead of time and I'm glad this place exists for us. We're busy people and try as we might try to cook nutritional meals, we just don't and get fried fast food instead, and we don't feel good afterwards! The only dish I haven't liked so far was chicken fried rice. I thought the chicken was overcooked and I think it should have been named grilled chicken over rice and carrots, because that's more like what it tasted like. I actually might have cooked it for 2:30 in the microwave rather than 2 minutes. I'm not sure. Turkey meatballs and spaghetti were good too.”

“we were randomly browsing the shop but ended in spending about 100$ as they have irresistible collection of bath & Body works products. They have a vast collection from soaps, body sprays to hand sanitizers. especially liked their service: I just ame from ASICS and I had a large shoe box on my hands and the lady working there offered me a big Bath & Body Works bag so I can put my large box inside. It was a good gesture. 5★ for the friendly behavior from the staffs. Go girls.”

“I went to the ER yesterday because of some issues with my vision and blood pressure. The closest place to me was ALLY, I was glad to have such a convenient location. As, I entered I was greeted and the staff was. SUPER fry. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, which was awesome! The nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and they helped me to understand what was going on with me. We shared a few laughs, and I was back home within 30 minutes!! “I visited several ALF's in the area with my Mom. Both her and I chose The Rose at Round Rock. She had been living on her own until about 5 months ago. I really thought I would have a difficult time getting her to move into an ALF, but she did it. The staff at all levels have been extremely friendly and so helpful. I appreciate all they have been doing for my Mom. She really likes it there. Enjoys the food and sitting by the warm fireplace in the lobby. I'm trying to get my Mom to get more involved with the activities at The Rose. They have a nice selection and I see other residents having a good time. My Mom was recently at a SNF and all she wanted to do was to go 'home' back to The Rose. That made me feel good knowing she was missing where I had moved her to. Request a tour of the facility and check it out. There is some remodeling taking place, so know this is just temporary.”
