The food is always on point whenever I go and the service is stellar. I would highly recommend this place for any meal.

Excellent home cooking in a unassuming spot. Don’t let the hotel vibe scare you. This place is the real deal! We brought a bottle of wine and had a great meal. Super friendly staff with fresh, home cooked food

...Chips And Salsa, Fresh Crunchy Chips and a Salsa that had a freshness and tastiness

...Cheesy Chicken Fried Chicken, my favorite of my meal.... Super Good

...Onion Rings, Top Notch for Freshness and Taste

The food is fabulous! Large portions (so come hungry) of delicious southern-style, home cooking. I have dined at Lucy's for many years and have never had a bad meal. (and I'm picky) The staff is very friendly and attentive. The wait time for seating, ordering and getting your meal is minimal even when the place is full. The tea is perfectly brewed and the pies... OMG the pies!!! I've had pie at hundreds of Texas restaurants and Lucy's are the best! So treat yourself to what a restaurant should be. Stop by Lucy's in Taylor or Elgin. Both are equally excellent!!!
