Plowman’s Kitchen

Great food, eclectic decor very friendly staff. The only drawback is the turtle cheesecake. If you eat piece of this, kiss your waistline goodbye. It's highly addictive, smooth and dangerous.

We took the family so were able to try a wide variety of foods between us; wings, Brussels sprouts, New Orleans BBQ shrimp, chicken fried steak, kids plates & desserts: everything was great! Our server was so kind & definitely will be returning. Only downside was they didn't have the banana pudding available, but we'll try again next time!

The fried green tomatoes were yummy. I ordered eggs Benedict on made from scratch biscuits and my husband had the roasted beets salad. Both were very good. The restaurant is in the band hall of old high school. Old photos and decorations made with band instruments were interesting .

Okay, after being in for a year we decided to go out to eat lunch. Dropped in Plowmans Kitchen and was totally delighted. Had a very helpful server that was willing to wait on us as we slowly looked the menu and the decor over. She explained it was the old High School band hall. We received our delicious meal and was totally satisfied with everything. A great place to eat and We will return for desserts next time!!

Had Sunday brunch with the girls and fell in love with this place! Will definitely be back! The fried green tomatoes were seriously impressive, we had to get a second order becausethey were so good. The French toast is delicious! Their entire menu is a fresh take on classic items, you won't be disappointed.
