“This place is clean and well maintained. Skyline laundry has a worker there who can help if needed. There is seating while you wait. I have never seen a better laundry facility. It is huge with huge washer machines and huge dryers. There are TV's to watch while you wait, vending machines that are always stocked. They have a small arcade room for the Littles. Plenty of tables”

“This is going to be a bit of a strange one, so bear with me…. I took a rather expensive article of clothing to this cleaner last Wednesday to be dry cleaned. It was my first time using them. Long story short, when I picked the item up on Monday, it was rather significantly damaged. The item was, in my opinion, ruined (to be fair, it could probably still be worn, but it was Gucci. Who wants to wear damaged Gucci? Lol). I went back in on Wednesday morning after discovering the damage and spoke with the very polite and apologetic lady who was running the shop at the time. What I discovered was from the time I dropped off my items and the cleaning was completed, to when I picked them up on Monday, ownership of the company had changed. This made some confusion for the damage claim. Long story short, within hours, the new owner, Karl, was reaching out to me via phone. This gentleman whom in absolutely NO fault of his own inherited this situation absolutely went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified. Karl was incredibly kind, apologetic, and generous, and ensured the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. It would have been so easy for him to say “I just bought this place; not my problem.” But he didn’t, and in my opinion, that speaks VOLUMES about the character of this business owner. I know that there will be a new cleaning process/new cleaners in place that will ensure things like this don’t happen. I will absolutely be returning based solely on the fact that this business has morals, upstanding character, and FAR above average customer service skills. Hands down 5/5 based SOLEY on the new ownership.”

“This PO, by far, is my favorite PO, even though I have never stepped foot in it or even seen it! I mail a lot of packages for a small online business and my husband works close to this PO, so I get him to mail my packages there. The Postal Worker, D. will only use her first initial is so friendly and always goes out of her way to help him with my packages. She has even given me tips on how to mail successfully. What makes this unique is that I live in Newport News and the PO's here can't even compare. When I mail something on this side it goes to three sorting facilities before even leaving the area. At Wicomico, it goes out same day, usually morning that mailed and arrives at destination a whole day to two earlier. Also NN PO doesn't scan info most of time correctly and doesn't show online. I would definitely use this as my go to PO for any postal needs. Thank all of you!”
