“Sherron (park sup/manager) is AMAZING. Goes out of her way constantly to care for the elderly that can’t take care of themselves, goes grocery shopping for tons of us, and SO much more. She is a dream. Makes the great atmosphere here that much more pleasant. Love this place to the extreme. On site laundry center, $5 will get you 2 FULL loads cleaned and dried. On site shower upon request. Everyone is so quiet and relaxed. ZERO drama. Looking forward to years to come here!”

“Absolutely loved staying here! This RV park is well kept and I enjoyed the creek nearby! I stayed for about 3 months for work and have no complaints in that time! Their paved RV spots were very appreciated when it came to leveling. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant! They even offered assistance if we needed it to help us set up our RV since it was our first time! The showers were nice and clean and the laundry room! Also loved the dog park for our doggo, the pool, and hot tub! It's a bit of a drive to Austin (less than an hour) but well worth it!”

Has a family feel which I like. Be sure to call for a reservation as they are mostly booked up until April or so.”

“We stayed here for my sister's wedding. Although the wedding itself had LOTS of bumps, our stay at this bed and breakfast was wonderful. The hosts Cindy and Keith were great. Keith cooked and drove us down to the venue and parking lot and Cindy served and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was so yummy, the rooms were great, and the hosts made us feel so welcomed and cared for.”

“This place is very nice. I'm currently staying in unit G. Each unit has separation from each other so no sharing walls, my unit has WiFi, a smart tv, rocking chairs on the patio and a kitchen with essential kitchen tools in it. Uber and food delivery sites do come out here FYI. there's not much for miles around so it is very peaceful and calm. There are stores and a few restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The tiny house itself is very clean and quaint. I am enjoying my stay currently and would come back again.”

“I have lived in a few RV parks in both Leander and Liberty Hill, and this one is BY FAR the best one. There is usually quite the wait list to get in, but it is worth it! The people that live here are literally the nicest people. Phil and Ronelle (park managers) are very helpful, welcoming and responsive to park needs. It’s a very neat and clean park. Darron, the owner is generous and even helped level my trailer when I first moved in. My neighbors, I actually know their names and enjoy talking to them. We are a community and look out for each other here. The fenced in yards with turf grass are perfect for my dogs to run around and play in! They never want to come inside! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend living here.”

“Very nice and quiet RV park. We just moved in this week. It’s an adult only community and management has advised us that all residents have gone through a background check. The lots are good sized, the roads are paved, and there are a lot of amenities. The North San Gabriel River passes through the property and they allow fishing. The current monthly rent is $515.00 which is well worth it for a place like this.”

“My wife and I vacation in Texas every year and change the location each time. This stay was great! Located in an area that is close to express traffic without having the traffic noise, not even in the parking lot. The breakfast was decent and on par with what Home2 is known for; but, the staff was outstanding. Eager to help, answered every question as best they could and gave suggestions on where to find information they did not have. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the care and action they put on our needs helped us enjoy our vacation with less stress. We may deviate from our location hopping to stay here again when back in the area.”
