We love everything about this place and they even have free WIFi for you to use while you are waiting for the kids. The plaza where is located has a Starbucks and other shops to eat or browse too. “Wonderful and well kept area. While the HOA is very strict; our neighborhood is remarkably well maintained. The HOA is nice on the phone (when you are polite to them) and they hold fun events all year. The parks are nice and new. Like any HOA; they have a strict set of rules and hire folks to enforce them. No one likes being told how to keep their home until they move somewhere that people leave their car parked in the grass and there is a bright orange adobe "villa" across the road with a trailer parked in front.”

The last two times I have been in there is a new young man and just the kindest and mannered I've seen in years. He's in training and the manager came out and I told them both, at my age I don't care if someone is learning or something goes wrong it doesn't bother me, but it's been so long since such kindness and thoughtfulness it's a great feeling. “Absolutely stellar experience with Monte. I found him on craigslist where he advertises his refurbished pianos. We found a perfect console piano for my mum, she didn't need anything amazing. I communicated with Monte via text and even sent my piano instructor up to test the piano. He got to see a selection of spectacular pianos that Monte has repaired and highly recommended I complete the sale. Monte was flexible on delivery and the whole process truly couldn't have been easier. He showed up with his trailer and another person to help with the delivery. I just had to open doors. Really love our new piano! Piano rebuilding skills apart, Monte himself is just a gem. Humble, considerate and reliable. Harkens me back to the time where craftsman took absolute pride in their work. No overselling or under delivering. What you see if what you get. The piano is exactly what was described (which included its minor flaws clearly described). Can't recommend enough.”
