“He’s been my daughters dentist since she was 1. I will never forget when she was 4 she had two cavities & Dr Flietes let me know ahead of time if it’s more than what he’s willing to do (such as more major like surgery, putting to sleep, etc) he does not do that there because “I want kids to know the dentist isn’t a scary place, at least not my place (LOL) and one thing I will never do is traumatize a child.” He’s upheld those words for 10 years. Every appointment is a 5 star from every staff member. He knows what customer service means & I’ve never encountered anything but kindness from Dr Flietes & staff! I think the longest we’ve ever waited to be seen was like 7 minutes. So appointments are scheduled to where you’re basically seen on arrival. I love that. My daughter is 11 & she sees him twice a year. Now he sees my 1 year old son.”

“Short version: Dr. Randy Kreidel is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone. Long version: Since childhood, I have had massive dental problems which have left me with some fairly serious dental phobia. Even as a teenager, I ended up wearing metal braces for five years. Eventually, through many trials and tribulations, I emerged with a nice smile but a terrible fear of dentistry. I am sharing my very personal information with you all in the hopes that my experience will help someone who has had similar experiences. I drive over an hour to have Dr. Randy Kreidel as my dentist because I have never been treated by anyone better and he always exceeds my highest expectations. The man is simply amazing in every way. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and very gentle. He doesn't take chances. He checks and double checks everything as he proceeds through treating you and he ensures you are completely comfortable the entire time. I would drive any distance to have Dr. Kreidel as my dentist, and I feel very fortunate that he's located in Texas. Additionally, Dr. Kreidel's staff is fabulous and they have several, affordable payment plan options if you don't have insurance. I have been treated by more dentists and orthodontists than I can even recall, but if you want the best, you have to go to Floresville, Texas and see Dr. Randy Kreidel.”

“Initially I went to a different dentist, but to have the work I needed done after I broke a tooth I had to come here to Wilson Dental, and I’m glad I did the crew is awesome from the front desk workers to the dentist and assistants. I always get in and out quickly and the job feels great and everything is explained to me clearly. I now come here for regular cleanings because of the team even though it’s 30 minutes further than my former dentist.”

“My daughter had her first ever dentist appointment today and it went great! The receptionist was quick, friendly and provided detailed info about things needed for the appointment. Dental assistant was very friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable. She interacted with us, spent time getting to know me and my daughter and walked us through the appointment. Dr. Alex was awesome, too! He share info about how to care for my toddler’s teeth and explained how he was going to examine her teeth- most importantly he my daughter time to feel comfortable before he checked her teeth. There were fun activities before and after the appointment- pictures, autographs, toys, etc. I grew up loving visiting my dentist because everyone was so welcoming, so very happy to have a similar positive experience at a location so close to our home.”
