We had been using a competitor for years until our sales rep Mika came by and impressed us with his hustle, knowledge and upbeat personality! If I need parts quoted and lined up for delivery he is on it every time even if he has already left for the day! He treats us like family not just a sale and that means a lot when choosing to do business with someone.
