I was traveling from Vegas to Florida and my Ford Freestar brokedown near Bridgeport TX. Rick Patterson came to the rescue and fixed the van and got me back on the road. Great service... Thank you

Can't say enough about the customer service! He was quick to answer my questions over the phone. He came to my house towed the vehicle, found the issues, and made the repairs all in the same day!! Saved the day!! Not to mention the cost was very reasonable. This is where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on.

Took my 2011 Jeep in for a repair that I thought it needed and was going to cost an estimated $540. Turns out that it was not a problem after running diagnostics on it. The mechanic/owner was very honest. I didn't have to replace the part so I had him do some other things for me. This is the most honest place I've been to in years. I will definitely take all my vehicles there from now on. I can't recommend this place enough.

We've been doing business with Rick's Automotive repair shop for 20+ years. I've never trusted anyone else to work on our vehicles and have repairs to be done right the first time. We've never had a dealership complete the work as well and at the price that promised by Rick's shop.
