(April 25, 2023, 7:33 pm)I live right down the road in Runaway Bay from the Tire Store in Bridgeport and when I got home I noticed my left tire was low. I called the store and ask if they could check it for me, they said sure bring it on in. I had a damaged left tire and they replaced it with a new one. They had the tire that matched my other ones and replaced it and had my car ready to go in like 10 minutes. They were so nice and so fast. I highly recommend this store for your next tires or other repairs. They were awesome.
(March 16, 2023, 2:59 pm)Customer service was extremely good. I had tires rotated and balanced. They took car into the garage immediately and began work. My car was finished and I was back on the road a little over 30 minutes. I will return again for any service needs.
(March 7, 2023, 8:45 pm)I showed up 25 minutes to closing time explaining that I lived over an hour away and had no spare, could they please see what’s wrong with my tire. The gentleman took my info and immediately took my car around and had an associate start removing the tire. After inspection, a new tire was the only fix which they had in stock and after mounting, balancing and installing it back on my car, I was back on the road right at 25 minutes. Excellent customer service and a great price for the new tire. Thank you tire store for giving me a sense of worth at the end our your surely busy day.
(February 21, 2023, 5:45 am)No problems at all when I was here Saturday. Went in for an alignment and rotation and balance, and they found that the sway bar linkage was bad. It took a little bit of time, but it was not their fault due to one of the sway bar linkage being stuck. Everyone here was nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.
